  1. Program description: This is a brief description of the kinds of messages users can expect to receive when they opt in by messaging our business phone number.
  2. Frequency: You will receive messages when you reach out for help, or when we’re following up on a prior help request.
  3. Opt-out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply back with STOP. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will block your phone number in our business sms/phone system. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to opt-in again you will have to email us, as you won’t be able to call us either, or vice-versa.  Please use sms_help@reinmuthconsulting.com for this request.
  4. Help: If you are experiencing issues with messaging you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at sms_help@reinmuthconsulting.com.
  5. Interruption: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
  6. Cost: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
